Last December, 2017, I returned from India and started working for Concentric Media, a small documentary company in Menlo Park. I worked remotely until February and then made my way to Menlo Park, California to continue work there.
I have worked on a lot of different projects including archiving all of the work of Concentric Media with the Stanford Libraries, setting up Social Media campaigns and more. But the most prevalent project has been CHEF DARREN: The Challenge of Profound Deafness.
The film CHEF DARREN profiles the determination of a profoundly deaf boy and his family, as they work together to find ways for him to communicate. Although being deaf clearly poses challenges, the film documents how Darren forges ahead to realize his dreams.
